… the Christmas #uggs – I am grateful that I have people who will actually buy me things off my wish list. 🙂 I know these are a little more utilitarian than cute but since I’ve had a similar pair for 8 years I know these are perfect for snowy slippery wintery days. Shearling lined and cozy.
Shoes are one of the things I believe in spending some money on if they are a good quality and a classic style. When you’re wearing a real leather (sorry vegans and vegetarians) you get a breathable shoe that’s also warm. They also move and fit to your foot better than plastics and pleather.
Today I’m wearing more for practicality between the freezing cold (20’s!) and a chiropractic appointment (wanted to feel the short massage without a bulky sweater.)
So I’m layered with: – a plain black long sleeve tee (origin unknown) – argyle sweater; Merona thifted – jeans; walmart’s faded glory (no I don’t really like shopping there but love this pair of jeans) – boots; leather uggs I’ve been wearing for around 4 years & purchased half price at TJ maxx (I just change the inserts for $20 each year and re-waterproof) – car coat; Macy’s I think – broach; grandmother’s
Gorillapod and a glif means now I can take more photos faster so I might be doing this more often.
I started shopping on Amazon recently for some shoes. I found a cute pair of rain boots and one rain boot led to another. The items below are all under $70. I also found a good selection from Target for $20 but through amazon’s link program the images wouldn’t show up which means I’m going to have to manually add them later.
