I’ve been loving these leopard ballet flat’s I picked up on sale after Christmas at Kohl’s. I had been eyeing them for awhile but had them on my Christmas wish list so I had resisted buying them.
And the shirt, it’s not something I would normally pick up because of the bow and the waistband that makes it look tucked in. I liked wearing it though and it’s uber comfy too.
As a side note: have you ever had an article of clothing that you love and wear often and then you see a pic of yourself in it and go “eeee they do this weird thing here…. That’s not flattering.” Well I think in all the years I’ve owned them, the brown pants have never been photographed. And I took a lot of pictures today before I got one where the crotch area doesn’t look strange. They’ve gone from favorite pants to “errr maybe It’s time to go pants shopping.”
But I like the idea of a pop of pink sparkle on top of the wine color. There was a dress that was inspiration for this pink and burgundy combo but now I can’t find that link that. Oh well.
So here we have Confetti in 041 Masquarade Ball & Wet N’ Wild in 435G Sparked. I think I want to try this with something that has a bit more red purple to it like a cabernet. Somehow this turned out looking less red than I had hoped.
I did just a quick swipe of the glittery pink on each nail and didn’t cover the whole thing and like how that looks.
I’m not sure how long the sale is going to last but I do know the shoes seem to be going fast. I ended up buying 9 pairs of shoes for approximately $100 which meant I also got free shipping on nine pairs of shoes. Some of my purchase was more practical than exciting but you really can’t beat 9 pairs of shoes that normally run$60-$90 EACH for about $100 total.
Below is what I bought (click to go to their page on 6pm.com):
